Lots of love for Brian Wood’s Star Wars, Peter Panzerfaust, Sweet Tooth’s finale, and Luther Strode in the lastest installment of Comics Should Be Cheap!

We’ve given a lot of love to the “Luther Strode” series here at Multiversity, from our myriad of positive reviews to the contests we’ve run to give you free copies of the book and our hosting of the Luther Strodecast. We’ve made it pretty clear in the past that we’re big supporters of this title, and that we want you to buy it.

Spoilers for “Strange Talent of Luther Strode,” as a note.
In “Strange Talent of Luther Strode,” barely any characters made it out alive. Luther just barelydid, as a matter of fact, having attempted to commit suicide before the final page revealed that he would live on. However, the Librarian, his mother, his best friend? Not so lucky. Pete’s death was in fact especially memorable, having been crucified with knives by the Librarian as a message (although he did return as a zombie in the NYCC 2012 Exclusive Ashcan).

At the end of “The Strange Talent of Luther Strode,” a tease was given for the upcoming sequel entitled “The Legend of Luther Strode.” No additional details on what it would be about, but immediately fans wanted to know more. Who was going to be in it? What’s going on now after the finale of the first book leaves everything in shambles? Will there be blood?
